I'm very interested in the subject of mental health, having struggled with anxiety and depression in the past. Unfortunately, there is a stigma surrounding mental health that makes it hard to talk about. Many people are misinformed about mental illness, so I wanted to create an informative booklet that separates stigma vs. facts and gives information and helpful resources for the two most common mental illnesses: anxiety and depression.
